This English/Polish, Polish/English dictionary has caught the attention of my 4 year old. The illustrations are beautiful. The words chosen for this dictionary are age appropriate. It is truly a wonderful way for my daughter to begin learning the Polish Language at home. It is a must have for every child learning the Polish Language.

I already had another dictionary which I bought in Poland. This one - published by Hippocrene is much better. The pictures are great and the words are just much easier to guess from the pictures. Good format, 5-6 pictures on each page, all the most important words (nouns, verbs and adjectives) are included with their pronunciation.
It may also be a help for parents who do know know Polish fluently. |
