Not what I needed, but a nice book,

This is a nice book for children learning English or Spanish vocabulary but it is not a "dictionary." I needed a true dictionary, with word definitions, for my 5 yo daughter who attends a bilingual school in Mexico. This is a book full of pictures with the coresponding English and Spanish words underneath them. More like flash cards in a book and in alphabetical order. The description was not sufficient for me to determine that this book would not meet my needs. For those who are looking to teach their children basic vocabulary this book will be a good tool.
