Back in Amsterdam at Restaurant Five Flies! It seems like quite an odd name for a restaurant to have, but this historic location, originally an antique shop, dates back to 1627! Inside the walls are adorned with Rembrandt originals, suits of armor and artifacts from the Dutch history of trading around the world. Head chef Martijn van Zwieten makes a sumptuous selection of Dutch and European classic recipes, and we also got a chance to sample the Five Flies Gin that is made on-site! The Hippy Gourmet returns to Amsterdam!
