This review is from: Hiring Success: The Art and Science of Staffing Assessment and Employee Selection (Pfeiffer Essential Resources for Training and HR Professionals) (Paperback)
This text provides understandable and detailed information through out every chapter that is practical and informative. As a HR major, this is one book I will not be selling back at the end of the term, but keeping on my shelf for my future career.
