More About the Author

Kay Gregory grew up in England and moved to Canada as a teenager. Shortly after moving to Victoria, B.C. she met her husband in the unromantic setting of a dog club banquet. After living in Winnpeg and Thunder Bay, Kay and her family settled in the Vancouver area where they have remained ever since. They have two grown sons and at various times have co-habited, more or less willingly, with dogs, hamsters, gerbils rats and ferrets--currently down to one super-energetic Australian Shepherd. Over the years Kay has had more jobs than she can count, most of which have provided her with invaluable background material for her books.

In 1986 Kay sold her first book, A Star for a Ring, to Harlequin Mills & Boon. Since then she has written over 40 novels, novellas and short stories for a variety of publishers in the U.S., Canada and England. Her women's fiction novel, A Woman of Experience, was a Write Choice: Readers' Award finalist.
