5.0 out of 5 stars relaxing with Stanley, August 18, 2005
This review is from: His Greatest Performances (Audio CD)
Listening to Stanley Holloway brought back many memories of listening to the poem about Albert and the Lion. That was the main reason i bought it. The other stories on this cd were very entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed by my mother and her friends. I have found it great to listen to in the car.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Nostalgia of Stanley's Performance, January 16, 2007
This review is from: His Greatest Performances (Audio CD)
For people of an age who grew up in Britain, Stanley Holloway will always be a treasured memory. In this CD that memory returns. I found it so amusing while playing it in the car that I thought my driving might be impaired! A really nostalgic experieince for Brits and a new experience for everyone else.
