More About the Author
Entering the romance suspense arena was a long-held dream of Peggy's, but she was unsure of her ability to craft the kind of story she loved to read herself and also unsure of her current audience's support of a venture into that genre. When she was invited to contribute a couple of novella's to the Love Bites series by another friend and author she decided to do so using the pen name "Tess Allen". It was a great decision on all counts, Peggy believes!

India was at a yard sale when she purchases a diary, not realizing it was a diary at first. She intended to return the diary to the owner but started reading diary. India is shock at what she is reading. The more she reads is the more she is becoming to dislike the man being talked about in the diary. India finally found the widowed husband of the woman who wrote the diary, but he is not what she expected him to be.
I thought this was a nice and in some ways sweet read, however, I am split in the middle. For me the main characters in this read were the diary and India. Even though the story revolves around India finding the diary, I wanted to read more about Langley as well as his thoughts. While reading, you never really got to know what he was thinking, just India's POV. Even though I liked the story and the mystery of the diary, it did not feel like a romance novel to me. Other than that, it was still a nice short read.

This book needs an editor. There are so many grammar errors I don 't know if I can finish it. Very sad, even though it seems like a decent story.Published on July 3, 2013 by Dee Bell

I THOUGHT THE DIARY WOULD TAKE ME,THE READER, SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE MAIN CHARACTER AND THE HANDSOME CONFUSED AND DECEIVED WIDOWER FALLING FOR EACH OTHER WAS TOO MUCH.Published on December 27, 2012 by Fabiola Johnson
