He is quoted frequently by newspaper journalists across the country for his insight into legal matters and is a frequent guest on TV and radio shows, with appearances on CNN's Lou Dobbs, Tonight, CBS-KTVT, and talk radio stations throughout the country.
Bradley T. Ewing, Ph.D.: Dr. Bradley Ewing is the Jerry S. Rawls Professor in Operations Management at Texas Tech University. He is the founding partner of the Ph.D. Resource Group, L.L.C., and serves as a consultant and expert witness for many law firms and businesses on matters involving intellectual property, business valuation, employment and economic losses. He is the author of two economics books, has written well over 100 academic articles and serves as the editor of two academic journals including the Journal of Business Valuation and Economic Loss Analysis.
James C. Wetherbe, Ph.D.: Dr. Wetherbe is the Stevenson Chaired Professor in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
