I heard this album last week at a friend's house who had purchased it while on vacation in France. I do not understand the words this woman is singing but her voice transports you to another dimension. It is unique, more than beautiful and everybody in our area is buying the CD. If there is one thing that you should buy this year it is this CD. I would think the American radio stations will jump on this one. It is better than GREAT and I recommend it highly

This album is very good!Less darker than the previous one.The singer really reveals all her talent!

I'm belgian and I must say that I adore Nolwenn, I followed heriin Star Academy season and she songs so well. This album is the her best : Nolwenn Oho, L'enfant cerf-volant, j'aimais tant l'aimer, le reve des filles are the best ones. You must listen this album, he is so fine and magnificient.

Sorry but i'm not ok with the person who says that she's a bad singer (stupid reaction, you don't very know her!!!) . She won Star academy 2 in France.

She very likes sing for the person who understand (french language first) and what she wants to express (so, her fans only). If you had seen her sing in english , you would not say that she's a bad singer like the song, "I will aways love you" of whitney Houston.

Lionel Ritchie said that she sings very well when she sings with him ,ronan keating too so ...

Nolwenn, i wish her to continue and maybe she will made an english album.

BUt i'm OK that her 2nd album is better than the 1st.

This album truly reveals the beautiful artistic evolution of a young lady with undeniable talent! Certainly one of the best composed, orchestrated and original pop albums created of late. A fusion of classic, celtic and modern melody & instrumentation, creatively balanced with a voice that evokes emotion, imagination and wonder. Nolwenn doesn't "impose" her voice here (god knows, she's got the pipes to do so), but rather subtly creates a real harmony with the music. Just another instrument in perfect nuance with each piece. Yet, you still feel those extraordinarily warm, magic tones that makes her unique. Certainly, listening to it transports you. It's one of those albums that you want to hear from beginning to end. One doesn't need to scream at the top of their lungs, or go overboard with distracting vocal acrobatics to demonstrate talent. Pleased to hear somebody who doesn't need to feed their ego, but is intent upon using her voice and interpretive skills to arrive at something lasting and meaningful. Applying her own lyrics to half the songs, she's created a very personal & moving piece of work. With this progress, her future happily looks very bright! Probably the best kept secret in the business today, at least in the States! "Melusine" & "J'aimais tant l'aimer" offer an incredible listening experience and finish to this opus.

Overall: I was quite impressed with this CD. Nolwenn has an amazing voice, and the beautiful French language makes it sound even better. Her songs are haunting and magical - while listening to them, you might feel as if you've been transported to another world. While I love the entire album, tracks I would recommend are "Mystère" (my personal favorite) and the lovely ballad "L'enfant Cerf-Volant."
This album made me a new Nolwenn Leroy fan, and I will most certainly be buying her other two! Great job, Nolwenn! :)

Nolwenn is one of the bigger stars on the French pop scene right now. She's sold a ton of albums over there-- but you might take that with a grain of salt...after all, we're talking about the nation that idolizes Johnny Halliday. Here, she tries to cultivate a Kate Bush sound. The single from this album, NOLWENN OHWO, is certainly beguiling. But it won't hold up under repeated listenings. She's sort of the Kelly Clarkson of France-- good production, mediocre songs, short shelf-life. Actually, her songs are much better than Kelly Clarkson's pablum. But it's still commercial pop product. With a French accent. You make the call.

Valió la pena la larga espera, no veía la hora ni el día en que por fin estuviese a la venta su segundo disco. Al principio no me gustó mucho que digamos, ya que a diferencia de mucha gente a mí si me gustó mucho su primer album y al escuchar este las primeras veces extrañé mucho escuchar esa potente voz de "Cassée" "Rayer l'émotion inutile" "Qui mieux que moi" entre otras.

Después de escuchar unas cuantas veces este nuevo disco pude descubrir el encanto del mismo con canciones como "Rien de mieux au monde" mi favorita, "Histoire Naturelle" "Mélusine" entre otras. No veo la hora en que la pueda ver en vivo cantando estos y otros temas que tanto adoro de ella.

If you make some researchs about this young singer, you will learn that she comes from a french real TV Show, called "star academy 2", that why her fan club is very active and do propaganda on every websites ,they can find. The funniest thing, it's when they try to make you believe that they are not from her fan club and then send a review to promote the album...so pathetic.

Whatever,This is her second album, some songs are good musically but nothing extraordinary. Not the album of the century, but not even the worst.Her voice is faint and insipid, what a pity when you have heard her voice on her debut album.

My curiosity have led me, here again. In a memory of remains of the bitter taste, that the first album left into me.
I don't like this album and also the precedent.
There is no emotion in the voice of the singer, I can only say that some musics are good.
But this album is a real nightmare.
No effect on me,neither on my son again!
