Can you believe that the vocalists can't even speak Spanish? The female vocalists sounds like a voice out of the Swing Era. The sax section is brilliant. I would have liked more ballads but you won't regret listening to this one. You just want to get up and dance. This recording is a staple at Zumba classes.

Whether you like to dance or just listen to Latin music, you need to get this cd. These folks are energetic and you could hear their enthusiam and fun. I bought the other albums by these folks. This one is tops, particularly for the price. It needs to be part of the collection of any salsa lover.

This is a wonderful salsa band from Japan. The interpretation of all salsa hits is great. I love to hear this CD of Historia de la Luz. May God bless this band! I strongly recommend this CD to all salsa listeners and dancers.

These japanese people are awesome!! I had listened to many of their songs in the past, but when I heard "Mambo De La Luz" today, I couldn't believe it was them. That mambo is terriiiiiiiiific!!!! You simply cannot believe they are not 'latinos'! Increíble!!!

This salsa CD is extremely well done and has just enough creativity to make it stand out...The Spanish pronunciation of these non-Spanish speakers (who learned to sing the songs phonetically) is virtually flawless and one would never guess that they cannot actually speak Spanish. Great CD(...)

If you thought Latin music was a Latino-only trade secret, think again! These Japanese cook up a salsa better than some Latinos themselves! This album has beautiful brass, great arrangements, and a solid Latin feel that can only be produced by masters of the music, even if they are not Latino! Highly recommended for salsa lovers!
