About the Author
Robert Stallaerts was born and raised in Belgium. He spent eight years working for the Center of Ethics of the University of Antwerp, and he often resides in the volatile Balkan states. His previous publications include the Historical Dictionary of the Republic of Croatia with Jeannine Laurens (1995).
