5.0 out of 5 stars An incredible history book that shows that Big Corps were pulling strings even when the FDA was created., June 4, 2007
This review is from: The History of a Crime Against the Food Law (Getting and spending) (Hardcover)
If you think big corporations and money monopolies have just begun in recent history controlling things, think again. This incredible history book written by Harvey W. Wiley, M.D. the first head of the FDA, tells how the FDA was basically created to let food processors and big corporations get away with poisoning our food. Dr. Wiley quit his job in disgust 7 years after the FDA was begun due to the corruption he could not stop.

This book needs to be republished and the facts brought out into the public eye. I was lucky to find one of the few copies available a year ago and was apalled to see that the dishonesty that abounds with big pharma and the processing giants isn't a recent thing.

A must read for anyone wanting to learn about how politics and money manipulate the public.
