Don't mistake the album title, it's History of Hardcore part 2, as in History of Hardcore JUNGLE. There's no techno-y stuff on here, it's all good drum and bass rinsed out by Kenny Ken (whom I think still spins in the UK). I feel this is one of the best mid-90's mix/compilations I've heard (dj Hype's mixes are fun but the scratching is overkill sometimes). I didn't say The Best folks, I'm sure you've all got a favorite, anyhow. But, you should probably hear this recording. If you turn up your stereo loud enough, you can catch the warehouse-mix vibe with some erratic volume changes and homely record crackles.
