What's that you say? You have never heard of this T Bone guy before? Oh, man! Have you been missing out or what?! This "Best Of..." compilation is a true treasure for both former, and new, fans of the greatest (west coast) Christian rap artist - T Bone! Since 1993 the "Redeemed Hoodlum" has been knocking out the hits...and honestly (like many in this genre) he hasn't been recognized for it. This was his last release on the 'Metro One' label before he took a five year break (for spiritual restoration) and then released "The Last Streat Preacha" in 2001 on Flicker Records. If you are a fan of hard-hitting, streetwise, hispanic, west coast, Christian rap...this is right up your ally, friend! T-Bone speaks the Gospel message over some of the fattest beats and mixes around. This is not your typical cheesey hip-hop junk...this is high quality ear candy! Give the track samplers a listen and see for yourself. T-Bone is represented in style here...highly recommended buy!
