This book is a must read for those who wish to learn about quality and talks about the entire history of the quality movement and the japanese revolution, and what would be the future of the science of quality management. I found this book a easy to read than other on quality management. one additional positive aspect of this book is that the author is very precise to the point and at teh same time covers almost every aspect of this science.
