What could be better than a nice piece of Melton Mowbray Pork pie from that town of the same name in rural Leicestershire, England.The book has it all,the history, the Photographs and best of all the recpies and method of "hand raising" your own pork pies. Buy it and try it and you will be able to eat more than your words.
