Great for FNP students for a quick pocket reference or for dictating H&Ps. Highly recommended for grad students in NP programs.

Having recently acquired the item, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. It is an excellent and concise reminder of what you have already learned - all in one tidy and easy-to-carry card. It proves a quick and easy reference during patient interviews, successfully helping to eliminate any omissions from the questioning and/or reporting process. Convinced as to its effectivness during rounds, the rest of my clinical group all want one too

If you are a medical student, or anyone else who has to take in-depth patient histories, this card is for you. This little card contains concise yet complete information on medical history taking, review of systems, and physical exam. Unless you happen to be one of those photographic memory people who can think of all these questions of the top of your head, you will wish you had this card. Just one caviat: please think critically when using this card. Going through every single thing on the card with every patient will seriously waste your time. It is a good reminder, but nothing substitutes a thinking brain. So . . . get this card!!!

This little pocket guide is great when you forget some parts of the physical exam...especially if they are key to ruling in/out something on your differential. Fits into pockets well, it is taller than the maxwell's though.

This card is made in Europe, so there are subtle changes noted. It's very helpful as a template to learn the H&P as well as dictation.

This is a single piece of plastic card. Printed on both sides. It is mearly a list. And much too brief in most areas that you really need. For example the 12 cranial nerves are not listed, just mentioned. Very Poor for any aspiring Med Student. Forget it, and make your own!!

As an FNP student learning to dictate and/or write/type soap notes, this card laying in front of you really assists in keeping one's notes focused and comprehensive. I whole-heartedly recommend this!

Good reference card for general H&P questions. I still have to go into more detail when I actually perform a H&P, but it's good to check out once in a while to see if I missed anything
