Born on Nevember 7, 1921 in Ukraine. Professor of chair of librarianship in Moscow State University of Culture and Arts. Ph. D in pedagogical sciences. Had over 100 publications. Self-education in history, theory and modern conflicts. In 1996 Aizenberg released a book called Library Service: Theory and Principles that was later used in the university. Took part in military action in World War II and got two medals for victory over Germani and victory over Japan. Received orders of Great Patriotic War (WWII) second degree and of Red Labor Banner. The movie contains unique and rare documents of Russian state archive of video and photo documentation.
