More About the Author

I was born in Cambridge Massachusetts March 7, 1943. I grew up in West Newton and Wellesley Hills Massachusetts. After attending a number of private schools I landed exactly where I wanted to be, Wellesley High School. I graduated in June of 1961.

I went to Europe that summer. Getting back I had to address knee problems at the Newton Wellesley Hospital. I enter the University of Oklahoma in January of 1962. That summer I went out to the University of Wisconsin, Madison. I fell in love with the school and transferred there. In the winter of 1963/1964 I was freezing. I then headed out to UCLA. Upon arriving there I got a letter from my draft board ordering me to report there in April of 1964. I was sworn into the US Army at that time. However the Army did not know what to do with me because of my knee problems so they released me from my service October of 1964.

I then high tailed it back to Madison and graduated from there in 1967 with a Bachelors of Science.

Next I made one of the worst decisions of my life. I got married on a dare. That of course ended in divorce. That woman, Susan Kelley, then pursued a lie that I never paid her child support. During that time period I remarried but that again did not work out. I have a son Zack with my second wife. I spent 6 years trying to be with him and keep him in school. My second wife who was married to 5 different men kept him in her home schooling hell.

In her efforts of keeping me from seeing my son I was shot at by Janet Reno's Secretary son while walking in my driveway on Key Biscayne.

After 30 years of being prosecuted by Janet Reno I was sent a letter from the Commenwealth of Massachuestts stating that I had fully paid my child support. In fact I had over paid it by $54,000.00.

During all of this turmoil I was able to make a living by filing over 50 patents in the area of Photovoltaics and by writing and producing one movie, One Minute To Midnight (www.oneminutetomidnight.com) and a number of books.

My claim to fame as a writer is that my book The History of Sweepstakes which came out in paperback at $9.95 now sells for $329.00 in the US and $1645.00 in the UK.

All of my books are based on facts and those facts have and will continue to affect you.

2.0 out of 5 stars Western-centric?, October 21, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The History of Sweepstakes (Paperback)
The book takes a purely western view of gambling, which has its earliest roots in the ancient East. I think that that should have received greater recognition in the scope of study.
