I like the songs on it....they rock!, May 27, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Hit Collection (Audio CD)
My friends and I listened to this song (One more try) at one of my best friends' slumber parties about 8 or 9 years ago. Now we are graduating from high school and it's a big thing for us and we are so happy that this song was a part of our lives. It will bind us all together as it did when we listened to it so many years ago.

This song is very special between myself and someone I fell in love with over 10 years ago. We have since departed but I know we will always have that connection when we hear that song. It was very special to both of us. The whole album was.

What's up with the stupid reviews?, August 17, 2005
This review is from: Hit Collection (Audio CD)
The reviews for this CD have to be the worst reviews on Amazon! I don't care about how "thpecial" a song is to you like some stupid caller into Delilah or something - what I want to know is, "is this good music or not?" And why does it suck or why does it rock. Hence the word REVIEW! I seem to recall that this stuff is disposable beats with an effeminate-sounding guy singing/whining over it. There's far better dance music, but since these reviews all seem to be "I lub dat song" and nothing more, I'll give my own personal take: in this town circa 1989, this was cool, just like lowering your import truck and adding lots of "bass" was considered cool, but really wasn't. In 1991, Nirvana arrived and destroyed this stuff. Forever. The End!

How I threw Timmy-T out of K-mart, February 18, 2006
This review is from: Hit Collection (Audio CD)
It was back in the days when I was working at Fresno Super K-mart. I was working the Home Electronics Dept. and we had just closed up my dept. for the evening. We, being myself and a co-worker. See the store was opened 24 hours, but our department would close at 10pm. We were just stepping out when woo and behold Mr. Timmy-T showed up. It was him and a lady friend on his arm. He wanted us to let him in to buy something, but we told him we were closed. He was very persisent on entering our dept. to buy something. He was upset and yelled out "Well, can you help me or not?!" My co-worker goes up to is face and yells at him "I can help you by teling you were closed!!" He got more irrate, so security and myself had to escort Mr. Timmy-T out of the store. I guess he wasn't a big enough star for us at little ol' K-mart. I look back at times like those and say how I wish they never closed Super K-mart. Good times, good times. Oh by-the-way, his songs suck. They sound so cheesy. Give me some feedback on this review.
