With the exception of two missing tracks, the DVD version is identical, except you get video and surround mixes, and it's $16 cheaper.

A Jam greatest hits.
A Style Council greatest hits.
A Paul Weller greatest hits.
All 3 in one nice 4 disc box set? Fantastic.
Only 2 problems:
1) No single versions (were there any?) nor any B-sides, alternate takes..anything a fan wouldn't already have, twice (and let's face it, a "fan" is the only one who's going to shell out for a 4 disc set)
2) Would it have hurt to have actually proof read the book??? The text has multiple examples of repeated sentences and the layout makes virtually no sense whatsoever (ex: The Style Council's disc listings are in the middle of The Jam's history). I purchased this used and cheap, so I am not complaining too loudly...but the man deserves better.
In summery: 5 stars for the music. Minus a star for the lack of new/rare material and minus another for the rush job on the book.

Paul Weller either with The Jam, Style Council or simply Paul Weller; has always been at the cutting edge of music. Paul possesses a style and an edge for invention and self renewal. He is a modern day icon.

This box set has 64 singles that charts this man stunning career.

In short - a wonderful box-set for a wonderful & talented man.

Don't bother with all the solo rubbish ,simply get this collection,best of the Jam,best of Style Council and best of paul Weller solo

Great for beginners: Snap, Singular Adventures and PW Greatest Hits + in 1 big slick Tootsie Roll....Why not the single version of Here's a New Thing, the best song from PWM?? Overall, Not very interesting for the real fans....For those that have no idea what I'm talking about this box is for you.
