The Hitachi 725206 Tungsten Carbide Tipped 10-Inch Arbor Finish Saw Blade is brazed with 3-metals for an optimal cutting performance. Use this blade for cross cutting ultra fine and smooth finishes in decorative moldings, veneer, laminates and soft and hard woods. With tungsten carbide tipped teeth, this alternate top bevel blade withstands years of repeated use and outlasts traditional blades. Tungsten carbide gives saw blades (and some router bits) a sharper, longer lasting tip. With 72 quick biting teeth and the strength of tungsten carbide, this blade delivers smooth rapid cuts. Cut decorative moldings with a clean finish cut. This top bevel blade is specially made for miter saws and is ideal for house framing projects. I bought this blade for my Makita miter saw because Amazon was out of the 70 tooth Makita blade. This Hitachi blade seems to make good clean cuts and stays sharp. I've used it for some home projects and it performs great. Amazon shipping was very good as always.

After having used this 72 tooth Carbide Blade, I wonder why people would buy any other blade. I bought this blade with my Hitachi 10" ( another great Product) Miter Saw. The smoothness of the cut is just unbelievable. yes, this is one is a bit ... but it's a carbide coated blade so it will last longer too..
