This 3.7 pound roofing nailer is the lightest in its class. This tool shoots roofing coil nails ranging from 1¿ to 1 ¾¿. Added features include a tool less air deflector and depth of drive control. User comfort is enhanced the leather grip and slim body design. This tool works best with an operating air pressure of 70-120 npsi.

We've put a lot of shingles down with other roofing guns, but this one takes the cake! There is no reason to be concerned with the "light action". We have used it in old pine decking with minimal air pressure adjustment, and as for the depth adjustment, just dial it in and go. With winter just around the corner, now we don't have to worry about "blow through". All around the best roof gun we have used thus far. The only thing that would make this gun better would be to have a model that is hoseless.

Recently purchased Hitachi NV45 AC for installing Hardiplank fiber-cement siding (blind nailed top edge, 8 1/4" wide). Wanted roofing nailer that was VERY light. This tool is exactly what I wanted. While it doesn't drive the roofing nail flush to siding even when set to max. depth, I prefer this because I can then tap the nail flush with a hammer, avoiding over-driving. Not a single jamb to date. And the weight (or lack thereof) is hard to beat.

THIS GUN IS OK. I LIKE THE LIGHT WEIGHT. HOWEVER, THE WEIGHT SACRIFICE COSTS YOU IN CYCLING RATE. THE GUN WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF IT CYCLED AIR FASTER. THEY SAY THAT IT HAS A RAPID FIRE MODE...BUT ALL GUNS HAVE THIS. EVERY GUN HAS THIS RAPID FIRE FEATURE. JUST HOLD IN THE TRIGGER AND TOUCH THE GUN..ITS BASICALLY JUST BYPASSING THE SAFETY MECHANISM...

THE GUN IS GOOD BUT WHEN TRYING TO GO EXTREMELY FAST IT JUST CANT HANDLE THE RAPID FIRE.
