I do not understand why Amazon is marketing this for the uu610. I bought the uu610 and this was part of the package! It works great for doing repeat cuts.

Received the item and it looked like it was of good quality and would work well. Sorry to say I had to returm it. I didn't relize that Hitachi made two types of stands very similar in design. To use this extension arm you need the stand with the "track" on the underside of the stand's arms. The return process went very smoothly and I received my refund in a very timely manner.

I got this for my Bosch T3B miter saw stand, works great. Sturdy aluminum construction, when properly tightened it will not move, making repeatable accurate cuts
