This battery is a perfect fit and replacement battery for my cordless phone the VTech 6032 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Digital Answering System and Caller ID. It works really well and it lasts long.

I ordered these after the friendly Radio Shack sales person was unable to find a BT-1011 battery on her computer. These are not exactly 'it' but they happen to work well on my Uniden DECT 6.0 Black Cordless Telephone System (DECT3080-3) (3 phones) whose batteries were very, very tired after 1.5 years of intensive use.

Well, the new batteries fit perfectly, like the original BT-1011 they charged very slowly and they are now allowing for several hours of talk in 'speaker' mode. Life is good again and I am happy I made this purchase because I really like the Uniden set and didn't want to replace it just because of exhausted batteries.

TWO notes of caution:

- When compared to the original BT-1011, the specs are slightly different. While they are both 2.4V, Nickel Metal Hydride (NI-MH), my original BT-1011 are labeled 650mAh while these are 800mAh. This seems to be okay. The batteries charge fine and they seem to provide talk time equivalent with the originals. [ Nov. 12, 2010 note: According to the comment below, a higher mAh is in fact a GOOD thing.]

- And, talking about 800mAh, the picture on the Amazon page shows 700mAh which is very close to my original batteries specs but... it's not what I got.

To the extent that the 2 issues above can be ignored and in my case they can, these are excellent, inexpensive replacements. I am glad I 'discovered' them.

UPDATE (Jan. 3, 2010) 4 months later, batteries are still strong. Phones are being used several hours each day.

The product worked well for the first couple of months and then rapidly decreased in battery life. I purchased enough to replace 6 phones and all unfortunately no longer hold a charge. I properly followed the instructions of making sure the battery was fully charged prior to initial use and made sure they were near depletion before charging (to eliminate charge memory). I was very hopeful that this product would work based upon other reviews. I'm not sure if the other reviews were done after initial use. I will be looking for other batteries.

Priced these replacement batteries at a local branch of a national retailer for over $18 ea!!! That's almost as much as the phone cost. These were shipped quickly and work perfectly -- just as advertised.

I talked 1.5 hrs continuously then charged it for 30 mins and again talked for 1hour without hearing the warning for low battery. I have used this battery for 1 month and I am glad I purchased it.

These are advertised as replacement batteries for Vtech phones, but I got these batteries for my AT&T wireless phones, which take the same size battery pack. My phones originally came with 500ma batteries, so these 700ma batteries are an upgrade. They enable the phone to stay out of the cradle for a longer period of time. And they cost less than the original capacity batteries would at most retailers. I am extremely happy with these.

Service from this vendor was also great. I believe I received them the very next day after ordering, but I did not pay anything extra for expedited shipping.

After about a year the batteries start loosing their ability to be charged. Won't hold a charge at all after 15 months. If you're OK with that, they're cheaper than the name brands.

I ordered these to replace batteries in the VTech Dect6.0 phone model 6053. The old batteries had died and these were the right replacement and work great so far. Will be back.

I received the battery about a month ago and so far it doing great. I have had no problems thus far. The order was processed and shipped very quickly and the battery was just as described.

Price was right but within a few months of minor use the phones started "complaining" about the battery: Displaying messages "Check Battery" requiring removal and re-insert of Battery in 3 of the 4 phones. I believe it is a quality problem within the batteries, not a connector issue.
