I replaced the batteries for my full phone system of base + 4 cordless handsets, and am quite disappointed in the quality of these batteries. They simply don't hold charge for very long. In fact, they are only marginally better than the year-and-a-half year-old items I replaced. Bought them because they are significantly cheaper than the alternatives, but now I see why. Waste of money + create pollution for nothing.

I purchased two of these batteries for my cordless phone. Neither fit. Both were made a fraction too small to make the connection correctly. When I contacted them for advise it took days for them to respond to me via email. They told me to ship them to Hong Kong for a refund. It will probably cost me as much as the batteries for the return shipping.
WORD TO THE WISE: Pay the extra and get your batteries from a reputable vendor.

I also replaced my AT&T EP5995 phone batteries with this product. They will not charge. Also, don't know if this matters but my original batteries are 800 mAH and these are 700. Very disappointed.

Not Recommended! Bought two batteries for my AT&T phones. Would not even take a charge. After 24 hours of charging, battery got very hot. Possible fire hazard. Claim of being a replacement for AT&T 102 or 103 battery is bogus.

As another reviewer said, after a couple of months these batteries are only marginally better than the old batteries they replaced.

I put one of these in my phone and let it charge overnight (about 14 hours) and less than 8 hours later -- with moderate to light use -- it died. So I put a second one in (I unfortunately ordered three because history has taught me they lose the ability to hold a charge after about 6-8 months...) and it did the same thing.

Purchased five of these batteries to replace originals. Four of them seem to be working fine, but one struggles to hold a charge and as soon as you use the phone you get a low battery alert. The cost was reasonable in comparison to other options, so in reality having to buy an extra battery will still end up being cheaper, but I'm definitely disappointed in the quality.

This battery was returned. It fit into the phone, but would not charge. Phone kept giving a weird error type message when attempting to charge. It was useless.

I placed the batteries in my phones. I charged them for 24 hours and they did not work. I returned them.

The battery was not as good as the original that I had with my phone. The one I received was sized strangely and fell out of my phone. A little piece of paper fixed the problem but quality with this battery is an issue.
