I ordered this for a CS 50 headset. It fit the battery compartment ok but the connector is just very slightly larger than the headset connector thus will not plug in. I thought about filing off a bit of each side of the battery connector but I just ordered another one with the updated part number. This is a classic example that you get what you pay for.

Placed an order for multiple battery replacements. As soon as I looked at the connections it was completely incorrect. The website display a rectangular shape insert. But what was provided was circular. I was thinking of cutting and splicing the old batteries connector to the new one, but didn't want to risk killing a perfectly working HS55. FALSE AD. BE AWARE. The connection probably are for the HS50 only..I sent an email responding for exchange or return. NO RESPONSE Amazon couldln't even find a number listed in there system for this company. I guess that's why it was so dirt cheap. Lesson Learned.

This battery was absolutely terrible, did not work at all even after being replaced, stay away from this one spend the money on a better quality battery

The pricing on this replacement battery was much less than the OEM battery, but it wasn't a perfect fit into the headset. A little forcing got it to fit. Well worth the small hassle for the big savings. Quality seems to be very good, except it's hard to tell on batteries until after a long period of time.

I ordred a couple of these for my boss's headset, and they work fine. No drop off in performance after several months.

Inexpensive replacement that seems to be as good as the original. Charges quickly and I have had it in use for about 6 hrs. without getting a low battery status. It is a tight fit installing it and removing it but it will fit and it can be removed.

I've had my CS-50 headset for about six years now and the original battery no longer lasts the entire day. While my experience with this battery is limited to three days, I can say that it lasts the full ten hour day and seems to work well. Again, this is a limited time frame in which to judge a battery, but so far, so good. And for less than $5 it seems to be well worth the price. It fit perfectly, and I haven't had any of the connection/size issues that some other reviewers have had. Again, I figured that for less than $5 it was worth the risk and it's paid of so far.

The battery works fine and I thought was a bargain. What else can you ask for!! I am pleased with the purchase.

I bought this battery back 6 months ago and got it on time, I installed it on my CS50 Plantronic Audio Device. It works like a charmed. That is why I bought 2 more as some of my co-workers need batteries and where I am are pretty expensive.

The first time, item came on a timely manner (tracking number and all). This second time, unfortunatly (the 2 batteries) have not arrived Nov 02nd (since Oct 21st) as there was no tracking assigned to the shipment and of course got lost... I've contact the reseller on Nov 01st and they advised they will send me a new order with tracking number... I'll wait on it! I will keep an update.

So far overall product is affordable and reliable! Good product
