This review is from: Hitman City [VHS] (VHS Tape)
this film is beyond perfection. no words can possibly discribe the cinematography, acting, and wardrobe being used in this incredible piece of time. scott shaw still keeps us amazed and in such obvious uncontrollabe drooling. his acting is definitely one for the records. you will not regret purchasing this film. it's a keeper.

everything you'd love to see in this master piece,

the film was truly a work of sheer genious. the chemistry between the characters belonging to scott shaw and alejandra anaya were genuine and as real as it can get. if there's a part two... they should end up together. that is if she survived the gun shot wounds. by the way... is she from india?

Hong Kong Never Looked So Good,
By Jazmine Kim "Kimmy" (Hollywood, California) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Hitman City (DVD)
First of all, I am a fan of Scott Shaw Zen Films. What a Zen Film means is that he creates films without a script, allowing his natural inspiration to guide him through the story. As an artist and a musician I can really relate to this concept of Improv.I have seen most of his Zen Films and I think this is my favorite, alongside Undercover X. This movie is partially filmed in Hong Kong and the cinematography in Hong Kong is great. I think what I like most about this movie is the characters, they are all really interesting and due to the fact that their performances are improved, they are all very believable. This is something that is not always the case in many Independent films and the reason I think Zen Film-making truly works. This is a good, character driven, movie if you are like me and like to watch the back story for each character unfold. Plus, it is very-very visual, almost like a music video. I am not going to reveal the twist to this movie, but it is a big one. This movie is worth the watch just to try to figure it out. |
