It's good for taking a run, or sitting back and going down memory lane.
Honestly, I didn't know so many good songs came out in 1988 alone. There are also many artists here who don't have enough good material to buy a whole CD of their work (New Kids On The Block), and this compilation saves a lot of money by only giving us the best of the best. Well worth the purchase price of a second hand CD.
