I just bought this album directly from Amazon.com for $10.00 + $2.98 s/h. I don't why that the track listing is not listed. The song that I really wanted is "ROCK MYSELF TO SLEEP" and it's included in this CD as well as 18 others. Don't know why other sellers in Amazon (2nd party sellers) are selling this same CD for $23.00 or more when the track listing is the same. (Just because it's an IMPORT???) BIG DEAL!!!! The one advertized in the Amazon.com store is $10.00 + $2.98 s/h and it's an IMPORT TOO!!! MADE IN CANADA! Save your money and buy direct from the Amazon store not other sellers if you want to save money. I've include the track listing below that way you'll know what songs are in the music CD. Hope this helps!

Great band with some great songs who don't get the attention these days (or ever) that they deserve. This collection however (while is more than worth the $10 asking price) is lopsided, favoring their later '80s material (which is more radio-friendly and a bit more poppy sounding) and almost ignoring their more raw-rock material from the '70s. And of the few song from that era, only one or two are truly representative of that era.

But even if you put aside the fact that this compilation misrepresents the band, it's still a worthy listen for fans of straight-ahead rock. A good supplement to this collection would be one of their earlier albums.

sometimes groups like this that are great you never hear much of only a song or when they have a lot of reallygood cds. things in the music biss are more of who gets pushed out there . I was a dj for over 20 years and it makes you wonder how this happens. its a great cd. most people who I play this for say wow these guys are really really good.

This was a very good collection. I was looking along time for a April Wine collection like this. The only song that is missing is "All Over Town". That song can be found on the good CD called "The Nature of the Beast." This collection had early songs I couldn't find anywhere else like "You could have been a Lady." Great tune. On this collection, I also enjoyed their interpretation of The Beatles classic "Tell Me Why." A true joy to listen to. A must have for any April Wine fan.

April Wine is my very first concert I seen, back in the day, they where promoting Nature Of The Beast album. This album contains some of the songs on that album as well as the two albums prior and two albums after NOTB.
So if you don't have a big collection of April Wine this would be a good fit. Don't forget TRIUMPH a great 3 piece band from Canada

I bought this CD a couple decades ago and it is my favourite April Wine CD, by far! Sure a couple songs are missing but I didn't really notice until someone pointed it out to me. It doesn't take away from the music. My daughter got to love the CD so she went out and bought her own copy. I have seen April Wine twice in concert in Kingston, ON, and they really ROCK! You gotta get this CD, if you don't get any of their others. You won't be sorry.
