This pedometer is WONDERFUL. I have tested it multiple times to make sure it is counting correctly and it always is! I also love how it gives you the miles that you walked. When you first set it up you actually measure your steps so that this is always accurate. Much better than the older ones I have used in the past.

I wear my omron everyday. I keep track of calories burned and number of steps. It is very accurate as I compare it with treadmill and elliptical readings. It helps me stay motivated

Yea, there's an app for that. But seriously? When you want something on you that won't go draining your phone's battery, then this is the pedometer I'd recommend. It's my second one (because I lost the first one). They're accurate & will track your steps even when they're in your pocket. No. It won't map where you've walked, but if you're just trying to up the number of steps you take during the day & measure how many of those are aerobic, then this is an excellent choice.

Only downside is the clip. It's a little plastic thing attached to a cord with the idea being that if it were to fall out of your pocket the clip will keep it from getting lost. My wife constantly breaks the clip on hers. I'm thinking about putting it on a small s-clip. If Omron were to have this thing on a metal clip it would be perfect.

Easy to use, and after you enter your personal info--like length of step-it's very accurate. It's easy to carry, but I definitely recommend the use of a leash.

Great little gadget for checking out activity levels. Really good for someone like me who has a hard time staying active. I especially like being able to track my aerobic activity (time and steps) along with steps per day over a full week. it gives me a chance to see how the week is going and step it up if I've been lazy.
Only thing I dislike is that it doesn't count all my steps equally well. I have short stubby legs and unless I'm moving along at a decent walking pace many of my steps get lost in the 'shuffle'. But that's a problem with every other ped I tired and not a major issue anyway.
