5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate Relaxation
This is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned! It creates ultimate relaxation with its 10 modes. The built in heater allows your muscles to loosen up, ultimately giving you a deeper and more fulfilling massage.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the price
I bought this with the idea of using it while watching TV, reading and to provide relief when my back muscles tense up.

I bought this with the idea of using it while watching TV, reading and to provide relief when my back muscles tense up.

Pros:

- The heating and massage functions provide good relief for tense muscles.

Cons:

- The positional locks aren't good. They don't lock easily and unlock if you shift in your seat.

- The metal support bar on the back digs into your back, through the cushion, if you sit in a reclined position.

- If you are shorter than 5' 9", you will most likely feel a pinch under your knees and reduced blood circulation, in the reclined position.

- Does not provide good lumbar support; do not use if you have a bad back and need good back support

3.0 out of 5 stars Could be better, December 11, 2003
By A Customer
When you slide back it is extremely relaxing on your back and legs. You definitely know why they call it anti-gravity. Though the massage feature doesnt really hit everywhere exactly as targeted and the actual strength of the top setting of the massage is not hard enough to feel like you had a massage, it is pleasant and the heat feature is wonderful. Not to hot yet very soothing. My one concern is the thickness of the pad. It isnt very plush and you can feel the hardness of the "motors" through the padding. And I have had it for less than 2 weeks which is not long enough to wear it thinner. Though the anti-gravity chair looks great it was hard to put together. You need two people. All in all I am satisfied with it for its stated purpose. I dont think I could use it as a regular chair though. The price is very high for the quality. Look around before you buy.

1.0 out of 5 stars 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH!, March 19, 2007
POOR design has no padding on the tracks that support the massage mechanism. This actually makes the chair PAINFUL to sit in. Locks are poorly designed, causing the chair to lurch suddenly.

the plastic tracks supporting the mechanism broke within 9 months. Spend a little more money and get a REAL massage chair! It literally fell apart.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This is a comfortable chair but a vibration chair (not a massage chair). If you want a massage chair , get a AG-3001 Anti-Gravity Lounger with Shiatsu Massage System .

2.0 out of 5 stars Thought it was a good idea at the time...., March 13, 2008
I've owned this chair for a bit over a year and I'm looking for a different one.

PROS: The massage functions work GREAT. The chair really gives a vigorating massage. The massage function has a default setting of 15 minutes. The heat function is also nice for relaxing aching muscles in the lower back and bottom. The remote control is really easy to use and not hard to figure out.

CONS: The reclining lock on the right side of the chair broke about 9 months after I purchased the chair, there's another reclining lock on the left side for left handed people. The padding is flat and the chair is uncomfortable. The areas where the support bars are (behind the knees and the lower back) start to hurt if I've been sitting in the chair for too long in the reclined position. The headrest went flat and moves around alot. If you adjust positions in the chair while in the reclined position, the chair sways slightly, and creaks.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Get a different massage/recliner. You'll love this one for about 9 months, then you'll wish you had gotten a different one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great chair! Don't believe the killjoys., December 14, 2007
I got the Tony Little version from HSN shopping channel. I believe that it is exactly the same chair. I can sit in it for hours. It is comfortable, and there's no problem with it. The recline works great, give a great gravity effect, just as advertised. You'll love the chair. Websurfing the next best massage chair I saw was a couple of thousand dollars. This is 300 bucks! It's worth it.

2.0 out of 5 stars Cheap but not durable, June 18, 2011
This review is from: HoMedics AG-2100 Anti-Gravity Lounger (Health and Beauty)
Fairly comfortable

Seat locks don't last long before the seat cannot hold position. Heat/ Massage a bit on the cheap side. Seats start to fall apart, especially in terms of support.

Main reason for low rating is these chairs do not last long...if only they had a better locking mechanism and were more durable

I have wanted a back massager and bought one for x-mas for my sister. And happened to come across this one in another store.. I did pay less than this price for it.. But it was well worth it. Fell asleep in it. Which is hard for me to do. I have saw this and just had to have it.. Worth every penny..
