Just read the product description, February 18, 2006
This review is from: Homedics BL-200 JetSpa Footbath (Health and Beauty)
This foot bath is just what is says it is. Read the description and you will know what it does. The "4 powerful jets" are really just one sort of divided that shoot across the top of your feet. Personally I like the feel of the bubbles more. When they said "soothing heat helps maintain warm water temperature" they meant it. It will NOT warm the water and moving around as much as it does it has a hard time keeping it hot. I found though that it did fine for like 20 or 30 minutes and by that time I was done anyway. It is quite and about the right size (big enough to be comfortable but not so big that it is a pain to find a place to put it away.

Very pleased, March 15, 2006
This review is from: Homedics BL-200 JetSpa Footbath (Health and Beauty)
I rated this 4 stars - for the price it is an excellent value. I am completely satisfied with this product. The jets are powerful, the bubbling action works and if you pour hot water in the tub, it retains the heat for about 15 minutes.
I read the reviews on several foot spas before deciding on this one. Some of the footspas were originally a higher price and marked down to a comparable price. I decided on this specific model - the Homedics BL-200 - because ALL of the reviews are good and the price was affordable.
The Jetspa has a handle, 3 "attachments" - a brush, a pumice stone and a massager and an area to wrap the cord on the bottom. The attachments do not spin, or do anything fancy - they simply attach to the unit and you can use at your discretion.
The jet stream action is very powerful for a small unit. If you use a foot soak gel or salts in with the bath, only use a small amount. The bubbling action is very powerful and too much product can cause bubbles to overflow and spill out of the machine. The only negative is that sometimes I have to plug, unplug and plug the machine before I can get it to start up.
If you are looking for an affordable foot spa this is an excellent option!

Lack of information, for HoMedics footbath use restrictions., February 7, 2010
This review is from: Homedics BL-200 JetSpa Footbath (Health and Beauty)
I purchased this product to treat my feet. I had intended to use it for an Epson Salt foot bath.I did not notice any notations on product ad on your display ad. After receiving the product, I went to HoMedics web site to register
the product, I decided to check for more information as to usng the product. I found that you can not use Epson Salt
in this product. It causes corrosion of the jets. Only certain kinds of oils can be used.Had I have known this I would not have purchased this product.
