What a great deal. I have tennis elbow and this has been a great relief. You can not beat the price.

I found this the best and most comfortable way to apply an ice pack to my injured elbow. My only issue is that the opening for the pocket that holds the gel pack is in the middle of the pocket--and thus right in the middle of my elbow, which sometimes was uncomfortable. I realize that it's easier to insert the gel pack that way, but for comfort, I'd have preferred to have to slide the pack in from one end or the other, rather than having that thick and sometimes irritating fabric overlap right against the bone. Also, if there are magnets in this, I can't find them--but I don't mind because I don't have any interest in magnet therapy.

I love all HoMedics magnetic products. I don't usually use the hot/cold pad, but I wear the product to sleep for a night, it brings circulation back, and remove a lot of pain, and heal the problem much faster than other therapy.
