Excellent quality hood which I feel equals the quality of units costing much more. I have used several other similar helmets over the years. I have also used a similar unit to this XVS (different color) for over a year in a work environment, which has been subjected to drops and a general disregard for its safety. The unit has been comfortable, light and easy to use while proving it to be very durable. It does have a decent range of adjustability with the headgear for your comfort. The unit's sensitivity adjustment allows this unit to be used in bright sunlight, grinding or darkened fully for extreme welding applications. I wanted one for my home since I enjoyed it so much. The darkening features and response times are outstanding in my opinion. I would recommend this unit to anyone without hesitation.
