If your interested into getting into sailing or buying a hobie cat this is a great book. it's depth and straight forward no qestion marks here. It covers evey possible aspect of the sport. Like: its history, what boat to choose, rigging, regetta, racing, from care to repair. the photos are classic, and one of a kind. this book is about 30years old, but nothing on the cats have really changed. Best of all, you can pick up a copy for next to nothing. I found mine for $5 on ebay with shipping included. just keep you eyes peeled.

I've had this book for a few years now and haven't been able to find any book. That provides as much insight on the history, explanation and a how to guide for sailing Hobie cat's. I'd highly recommend buying this book if you are new to Hobie's or are just interested in learning more about them. I frequently use this book as a reference.
