Randy Gregg, hockey's humanitarian, is best remembered as a defenseman for the Edmonton Oilers from 1982 to 1990. During that time the club won five Stanley Cup Championships. After his hockey career he went on to complete his medical training and is now the Director of Medicine at the Edmonton Sport Institute.

Randy Gregg's Drill Solutions book should be an essential resource for any coach. The drills are well illustrated with large easy to follow pictures and instructions. Many variations of each drill are presented. This book will help you plan a practice or develop a season's strategy. If you just need a new drill or two for practice, pick up Randy's book. Randy Gregg's Drill Solutions is an invaluable tool for keeping practices "fresh" and "fun".
