These is not a professional cleaning swab, you may want to invest a little more if you are looking for the best. But these product is well constructed, it seems to work fine with my saxophone and its a good deal for the price I paid

This has worked well for me. I'm pretty much a beginner, so I am not the most qualified to assess its effectiveness, but for my level of use (up to 100 minutes of playing before use) it has worked. I also use H.W. Alto Sax Pad-Saver to keep my sax clean and dry.

my son has been using this swab on his Sax since the beginning of the school year. it works well and hasn't become frayed or broken like other swabs we have used.
