I totally love this pan!

I bake cakes all the time using this and other Hoffritz pans and they are absolutely wonderful. I was first impressed by the weight of the pan, the non-stick sufrace, and the even heat distribution. I noticed a remarkable difference in the quality of my cakes from the very first time I used the pan. Not only do my cakes look and taste great, I never have to worry about my cakes getting stuck to the pan or being lopsided.

I'll never buy a cheap pan again. It's really is worth the extra couple of dollars. I doubt I'll ever have to replace any of the pans I've bought from them. I also purchased the Hoffritz springform pans and 9" rounds, same great results.

I bake 8 to 10 pound cake per week using two (2) of these pans. They work very well.

It's a cake pan. Not much to say about it other than it's made of heavy gauge metal and made my pound cake delicious. Contrary to the other one-star review here on Amazon, my cake pan arrived with no scratches in it.

I have really enjoyed my tube pan. I have baked at least 10 cakes since I received my product. The clean up is so easy. I am able to wipe my pan out with a wet paper towel and then just wash in warm soapy water. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I read several good reviews for this item and we needed a new pan since the nonstick lining on our old pan wore out. I was very disappointed upon receiving it to note that there were already numerous scratches on the outer edges of the inside of the pan. Since the interior is a nonstick coating, that wasn't a good sign. I requested and promptly received a replacement. That too had the same problem. Quality of the pan was poor - replacement via Amazon was a cinch - very impressed. Don't buy this pan.

This is a very well made product. I made several cakes in it and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to make angle food or Chiffon cakes. My cakes came out of here really easy. It is heavy and easy to clean. A good find!!!

Very sturdy material, but my experience has been that the pan requires so much "prep" that it might as well be called "semi non-stick". I've stopped using this pan in favor of lighter and less expensive pans which use the same amount of non-stick preparation.

I really wish that there was a non-stick grading system for cook/bake ware, since all are obviously not equal.

The product was great at first. Sturdy with what seemed to be a superb non-stick coating. After several HAND WASHINGS, the non-stick began to fail. It wasn't scratched, or damaged, it just wasn't non-stick anymore. Can't recommend Hoffritz.
