A hand mixer is just one of the many items I've found to be a necessity in our kitchen. So, when my trusty, dependable wedding gift mixer beat its last I went in search of a replacement.Couldn't be happier with this Hoffritz mixer - the small gem offers 16 speeds, and even comes with dough hooks! It rates an A for ease of use whether a quick whipping of batter in a bowl or on the cooktop to gently blend consomme.

Wonderful hand mixer with great looks. Easy to use and read LCD screen. Great performance without a Power surge button. Only drawback is not enough interchangable options, such as wire wisk and stick blender, etc.
