Very cute and my kids love it but the there is a lack of quality that I just can't ignore.Among others what bother in most is that the bottom lid that is "supposed" to protect the batteries never closes properly leaving the batteries exposed.

Okay I've had this thing for quite some time now and it works perfectly. It does exactly what it says it will do, no sludge in the bottom, and simple and works great. Instead of following the cleaning instructions though just put hot water in it and hit the button it works great. You'll be happy you bought it I know I am.

This is a very handy device for the do-it-yourself choco-milk mixer kid. We had a similar model before and the mixer blade came loose and wouldn't stay on (newton's law and all of that). So we bought this one to replace it.Cudos to the mfg who decided to require separate batteries (in the handle) for the "Mooooo" sound. Even our grandkid got tired of that sound right away, so I was able to remove the batteries for the sound and still leave the mixer working (whose batteries are under the screw-off bottom of the cup).
