This is a harmonica with octave tuning (the upper row of 14 holes is tuned one octave below the lower row of 14). When the 2 rows are played at the same time this creates an effect of 2 harmonicas simultaneously playing the same melody. I've had two lower end harmonicas, but this one is pure quality. Playing the harmonica really hasn't been fluent until I got this harmonica with it's deep and not too high pitch range. I enjoy playing the harmonica more than ever since I got this one, playing along side Johnny Cash on my Zune. You should try it!
