Great Bb Harmonica, May 29, 2010

I bought this harmonica for my grandson to go with a key of C version that I had given him previously. He is very happy with both of them and by having these two different keys they are more compatible with the music written for other instruments that he plays. Some day I'll get myself one of these in Bb too.

It has been my experience that this harp will go out of tune faster than the marine band. Everything has its specific use. This is a really good practice harp. I carry one with me everywhere I go. Bb is a good key for Muddy Waters, Little Walter and Junior Wells. Although this probably should not be your first harp. I would personally recommend an A harp but C is a good choice as well for a beginner.
