Hohner Kids Guitar with Nylon Strings

My 4 year old LOVES this guitar! Several friends and relatives have had to tune it for him, so maybe it goes out of tune easily, but the point is, it has lasted much longer than the toy guitar he had before this. I suspect he will have this one for several years if we can keep someone from sitting on it or something.

Our grandson was thrilled. Unfortunately, one string kept slipping when we tried to tune it. Perhaps his parents will solve that. But for a young one just wanting to "play along" with his dearly loved music, it is perfect. It appears to be sturdy enough that with good care he will eventually learn to really play it.

Got this guitar for my neice when she was about 5 (3 years ago.) It has lasted amazingly well, is built sturdy and has soft, nylon-type strings, that don't hurt little fingers when making chords. The guitar strings have never broken.

In addition to its sturdiness, what I really like about this guitar is that it can be tuned and played like a real adult guitar. My boyfriend has played guitar for 30 years and occasionally tunes this guitar and plays it. The sound is really pretty good.
