Simply turn this sturdy, colorful rainmaker over to hear the soothing sounds of rain falling! Watch the colorful beads as they cascade through the center disks making their noise. When they have all come to the bottom, turn it over to repeat the fun! For ages 12 months and older. Made in Israel.

I teach music to children ages 18 months to 5 years. I can absolutely say that children love this and never get tired of listening to it and watching the colorful beads fall. The younger ones seem to be hypnotized by it. I'm not sure how long some of the kids would play with this before tiring of it... it seems like they would never tire of it. As a music teacher, I think that the sound is nice and the size of this rain stick allows you to experiment with creating "slow rain" or "downpours." This instrument is a must-have for any music classroom or for families that wish to enrich their child's life with music.

This rainmaker is great. I know this is not a child's toy, but my 8 month old son absolutely loves it. He screams in excitement whenever it makes its sound, he even holds it and switches hands.

I purchased this for my 4 year old sister with Down Syndrome for Christmas. Overall it is a decent rainmaker but she really doesn't seem to be interested. My 1 year old daughter likes it a bit more than her 8" one I bought for her. The quality seems to be pretty sturdy but again we've only had it for 4 days. My suggestion would be to but a real one made of wood if you're going for the sound, if you're going for looks this is pretty for a baby.

Best baby rattle ever
My one year old neice loves it. Her older brothers are ten and eleven, and they play with her. The sounds and colors are great.

I like, but my 13 mo old doesn't really
This is a fun toy, I like to flip it over and watch it. However, my 13 mo old is not really interested in it. I am however glad I bought the 16 inch instead of the 8 inch. Read more

Great!
Got this for my 9 mo. old granddaughter and she loves it. I do too! Tipping it brings the wonderful sounds of "rain." And rolling it back and forth brings more sounds.
