I ordered this with a neck holder; to hold a harmonica, so my son, who's quadraplegic, might be able to learn to play...but, most importantly, for a fun way to exercise his breathing and build core muscles. I haven't sent it to him, yet. I was ckg it out, first. I may have to get another style neck holder (ordered separately) that can "stay put". I think this may be easy enuff to get him started and retain interest in doing something enjoyable, while having health benefits. Thanks!
