This 35mm Film Adaptor Kit allows you to use 35mm film in a Holga 120 medium format camera (Non-3D). Easy to follow instructions get you started quickly. The kit includes a plastic insert that replaces your existing battery cover/120 insert with one that guides 35mm film through the camera and a solid back without red window. Special Note: In order to remove 35mm film from your Holga camera after it has been exposed you must use a changing bag or go in to a light tight darkroom! Like with so many holga's they all have there own light leak problems, With 35mm film light leaking in to much will ruin the film completely. So I found that with this kit you still need to tape up your camera to excess to avoid as much light leaking as possible..I did have some after taping but not so much as to blow out/ruin the film. so this kit is really nice as long as you remember to tape your camera alot. Also when using this kit you will NOT get exposure over your 35mm sprockets so if you want that it's best to skip the insert and self rig.

This adapter is great, I don't have to cut any foam to hold my 35mm film in. If you want to get your film developed at walmart or wherever just use the 24 click method. I'd recommend this to anyone!

The 35mm film adapter for the Holga does work like you'd expect it to but it's not the easiest thing to deal with. It does come with a nice sticker to put on the top of your film advance wheel and that does work quite nicely actually, got them developed easily at WalMart's drop-off box. But the reason for me getting this was to save money from having to get 120 film developed and that reason is kinda gone. I found out that WalMart will develop 120 quite cheaply through it's drop off box which is a big plus and so it's actually cheaper to develop 120 film than the 35mm, the 35mm cost me a pretty penny to get done and the 120 is actually cheaper from what I hear. But with that said this product does work as advertised but there are two things I didn't like about it. Having to change out the film in a completely dark room was more hassle than I knew, I found only one room capable of this and it's only capable of this at night since light leaks in during the day and so it's not exactly convenient if you get to the end of your roll in the middle of the day. Also one other thing was the scratches across the film, I'm not sure if it was the adapter that caused this or a film processing problem with FujiFilm who did the pickup process from Walmart but it wasn't nice to find on my film.
