Great jazzy flavor, with some challenging passages along with easier sections to riff on. A very good mix that'll keep you interested. Not a beginner's book - a good thing, since many Christmas jazz books are a bit on the easy side. Great for the intermediate player.
I've enjoyed "Jazz Up Your Christmas" for many years, and have performed it at parties each year. I'm glad that I can add Lee Evans Holiday Jazz to my repertoire.
