5.0 out of 5 stars A Brianna Sullivan Holiday!, January 4, 2012

This review is from: The Holiday Spirit(s) of Lottawatah (Brianna Sullivan Mysteries) (Kindle Edition)
This was a splendid collection of two short stories about the sleuth of a psychic sort, Brianna Sullivan.

Brianna was traveling down the road and found the town of Lottawatah, Oklahoma. She got herself a job and settled in with a nice boyfriend, Cooper Jackson. The first story is "Giving Thanks in Lottawatah" and tells of a lost ring at the Thanksgiving meal some thirty-five years ago in Cooper's childhood home. It was a funny and poignant story at the same time. Brianna uses her talents to solve the decades old mystery.

Next, we were treated to "Bah! Humbug." This short story tells of a man wrongly accused of a murder and Brianna is asked to help free him by Christmas. The story was good and solidly written.

All in all, I love this paranormal detective. Brianna has humor and wisdom to share. I look forward to reading more of her in the future.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good read, November 14, 2010
This review is from: The Holiday Spirit(s) of Lottawatah (Brianna Sullivan Mysteries) (Kindle Edition)
What would the holidays be without ghostly spirits. For many years, the family wondered what happened to Cooper's mom's engagement ring and this Thanksgiving answers will be found. He can't leave until the guilty man is punished and with Cooper's help, Brianna will right a wrong. Both short stories will put you in the holiday spirit.
