Book Description

July 1, 2001
Finally, a cookbook that is designed for maintaining health, supporting the Immune system, and targeting antagonists that contribute to deficiencies and imbalances. Who says one must sacrifice taste in order to enjoy health? Not the traditional cookbook, but a guide to healthy living, The Holistic Cookbook clearly defines the association between denatured foods, antagonists and various common disorders, and explains how they contribute to specific disorders. Contains both guideline recipes as well as suggestions for healthier replacement foods in your everyday diet. This is a valuable resource for all those interested in expanding both their knowledge about healthy eating and their lives!

2.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't get past the dullness, April 29, 2008

With such a title I was eager to get this book but I couldn't get past it's appearance. There isn't a single image. It's very dull and I couldn't get myself look through it. It's text from top to bottom with horrible editing. It's worse then a textbook.
I do not recommend it. There are other options out there.
